Our client is looking for a dynamic Manager! This is a temporary position for now, but who knows? It could develop into a permanent role within the company!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the community's curb appeal to meet company standards.
- Oversee applications and certify resident eligibility in compliance with LIHTC program guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience managing multi-site communities.
- Affordable Housing and LIHTC preferred.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
